1. Lottery Mechanics:

If someone participates in the lottery system by purchasing 100 Gram Aroma Masala Tea’s, then a lucky draw will be opened from the first 500 purchasers of Aroma Masala Tea’s and out of which only 250 lucky winners will be selected and rest 250 will not get any prize and from the selected 250 winners again 4 lucky winners will be chosen through lucky draw, and prizes will be distributed based on the ticket basis for example. If you purchase 100 grams of Aroma Masala Tea’s from that item, a coupon will be there, and the first 500 participants will be shortlisted. Then, by lucky draw, 250 lucky winners will be selected and remaining 250 better luck next time and then out of the 250 Lucky Winners again by lottery system, 4 Final Winners will selected who will receive a Samsung Galaxy A15 256 GB, and the remaining 246 participants will receive 100 grams of Aroma Masala Tea’s.

2. Winner Prize Distribution:

As said above, there are four Winners for Each Item. The lucky winner will receive their prize within 7 days of being announced. The courier will deliver the prize to the Winner’s Billing Address.

3. Eligibility:

The Aroma Masala Tea’s Lottery is open to all participants who purchase Aroma Masala Tea’s during the promotion period.

Each purchase grants the buyer one lottery ticket, which is automatically included in their Invoice Bill Product Section. You and we will consider your ticket number.

It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that they are legally eligible to participate in the lottery based on the laws and regulations in their region.

The Winner’s Gift is a phone. There is a Government Tax, which will be raised in the future, and the winner will have to bear that Tax.

4. Lottery Mechanics:

500 tickets will be available, and a lottery ticket will be allotted for each eligible purchase.

The lottery will close once all 500 tickets have been distributed. If someone participates in the lottery, prizes are distributed based on ticket sales, for example. If you purchase a pack of 100 grams of Aroma Masala Tea’s from that item, there will be 500 participants among the 250 lucky winners. Of those, 4 will receive phones, and the remaining 246 participants will receive a pack of 100 grams of Aroma Masala Tea’s.

5. Winner Announcement:

Winners will be announced in a YouTube video posted three days after the lottery is completed (when all 500 tickets have been sold).

The YouTube video will serve as the official platform for winner announcements.

6. Prize Redemption:

Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

It is the responsibility of the winners to provide accurate contact details.

Aroma Masala Tea’s reserves the right to disqualify any winner who cannot be contacted or does not respond within the designated timeframe.

7. Legal Compliance:

By entering the lottery, participants confirm they are legally eligible to participate in such promotions in their respective regions.

Aroma Masala Tea’s is not responsible for any disputes arising from the legal status of participants or winners.

The participant will read all terms and conditions and understand them in their Mother tongue or their Common Language, which is usually Hindi, so they will be read, understood, and agreed upon.

If any participant in any legal action is there, then it will be a Complain in Thane Court Only.

8. Privacy:

Personal information collected during the lottery process will only be used to conduct the lottery and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
